Nationwide Recruitment have been supplying Nufarm Welshpool with production workers for our agricultural chemical plant for over 5 years. The nature of our industry requires extremely stringent compliance with Quality Control and Occupational Health and Safety Standards.

We have a considerable percentage of casual employees and we invest a lot of time in induction and training of new staff. It is therefore important that we recruit casuals who are not only capable of learning our work but also, willing to commit to the full duration of our requirements.
